$26.55 per hour + additional loading weekends & PH
Whole Bubs is a family owned and operated store providing the best baby products and services to all families. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with outstanding service and advice across a range of baby products.
We stock everything from furniture to prams, car seats, highchairs, toys, baby essentials and gifts.
We are currently seeking experienced RETAIL SALES PEOPLE with strong, sales-driven qualities to join our team in our Townsville Store. Your primary focus will be to convert sales and provide excellent customer service to our customers with the support of our leadership team.
The Retail Sales role available is a part time position (2-4 days a week) that will require Weekend work.
Skills & Requirements:

An eye for detail and the ability to remember key details about all of our products - a good memory is absolutely essential!

A passion for providing exceptional customer service and advice, excellent listening and communication skills

Experience with (and a love for) babies and children’s products

A level of physical fitness, the role requires some heavy lifting and standing on your feet all day

Ability to problem solve and work to resolve issues quickly while maintaining high levels of customer service

Prior retail experience is essential

Available to work a minimum of 2-4 days per week across a Monday - Sunday roster
